Mega delicious food. Very nice staff. Short waiting times with fast service! I can only recommend it.

The willingness to help should be a little better since it is not completely wheelchair accessible. Entrance stairs although everything was said to be wheelchair accessible, otherwise everything was good

My lamb steak was tough, tasted and smelled of old ram. When the waiter came and asked if everything was okay and I told him that, I got the answer: then you have to order at a higher price! I think a complaint has nothing to do with the price. Although the dish cost € 17.90. The food was also carelessly arranged.

The food is good as you would expect from a Greek. It is positive that you get an ouzo both before and after the meal, as it should be. Unfortunately, the staff is rather taciturn and if you are not North German you could call it unfriendly.

Everything was great, delicious food, friendly staff. A star deduction just for the somewhat old ambience.

We were eating there on Monday October 12th, 2020. The food was good, the service wasn't. I had a special request and ordered the main course without onions, but the salad got away with plenty. When paying we wanted to claim the 1.50 euro discount from the visitor's tax booklet and only noticed much later that this was not taken into account. Now we are not stingy and have given enough tips anyway, so it was not worthwhile for us to return to complain, but attentive is different. The issue of mouth and nose protection was given some attention by the staff themselves (one of the waiters wore his mouthguard under his nose), but no one, really no one from the staff took care of it in any way when customers entered the restaurant or for going to the toilet that a mask is worn. In times like these, that doesn't work at all, the number of cases is increasing everywhere and there are so many ignoramuses running around the world, unbelievable. We will avoid this place in the future. Never again !!

I was there tonight. The service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious.

Unfortunately it was quite a letdown. Despite the sometimes very bad rating, we wanted to give the restaurant a chance. The outside seating on cheap plastic chairs is not very inviting. The waiter tried hard but had a lot to do. The mixed starter was not described in detail on the menu, consisted exclusively of fried ingredients. The tzaziki was totally tasteless and very little. I ordered another octopus salad. This consisted mostly of onions and green salad, unfortunately you had to look for the octopus. He was also totally tasteless. After I had hardly eaten any of the salad, the waitress asked if it was tasty. After I said no, she wanted to know in a very unfriendly tone what was not good. I told her that, after which she took the plate without comment and was no longer seen. My husband then had to go to the restaurant to be able to pay. So never again.

Never again! In short: the table was ordered at 7 p.m. We didn't get the drinks until 7.45pm, when we asked again. Then another hour passed before we got our food (unfortunately it wasn't delicious either). In the meantime, however, we were already sitting on the dry one again and they didn't even ask if we wanted to drink something. The culmination. While we were still eating at around 9 p.m. the music was already turned off and a short time later we were asked if we would like to order something because the waiter is about to leave.

Today's visit in the evening was not a nice experience in terms of service. There were at least 4 service employees on the road who forgot drinks or sat at the table with an empty glass for 1.5 hours and was not even asked whether you had anything else. The question about the ice cream menu, as a dessert, was answered in the negative, so that you only had 3 variations of yogurt to choose from. The fries were too dark for the main course, as if they had been reheated in the deep fryer and the bread was dry. Anyone who can complain must also be able to praise ... the atmosphere and my company made up for it 😉

We were guests at the Hotel Am Anger and ate in the Pegasos restaurant as part of the half-board arrangement. Nothing was right, the service was bad and nothing worked. We didn't really feel welcome, rather completed on the side. There was an extra menu for hotel guests with very simple and inexpensive dishes. There wasn't even a starter salad for our children and we weren't even offered dessert, dishes came without tsaziki and were then added to our drinks bill. It was never worth the money. In addition, it was very full and the employees were completely overwhelmed and totally unfriendly and annoyed. The drinks were popped on the table etc.

Once Pegasus and not again. There were two of us and we had booked a table. The outdoor part was used to 50%, the inside area to 90% and the service was overloaded. Drinks and cold starters came quickly, warm after 20 minutes. After another 40 minutes the main course. It was absolutely fine and the 2 stars. After we finished with the meal it took 25 minutes to clear the room and to ask for the bill. We were then allowed to wait another 20 minutes for this. After 2:20 am we finally left the restaurant and will definitely not be back.

Nice idyllic restaurant with a nice ambience in the heart of Wernigerode. Staff is courteous and nice. Food is great. Chicken with mushrooms and raisins 👍

Highly recommended especially the lunch menu from Mon-Fri. at a low price. There is a soup, a fresh delicious salad and the main course. Of course you get an ouzo before and after the meal. We will be back.

Classic example of a resturant that lowers its standards to The expected level of The customer, which in this case is a middleaged german person with a distinctly non-cosmopolitan, rural, smalltown background. The greek salad had mayo in it, and the main course was a meat and cream monstrosity that had very little to do with actual greek food. With that said, the food tasted okay and the service was decent. Just dont expect real greek food.
